The company has many years of experience in providing building legalization solutions at the lowest possible cost. Especially for building legalizations, we have attended a series of modern seminars, so that solutions can be found even in difficult situations (e.g. reconstitution of a lost building permit, specialized solutions for reducing fines). The customer is informed about the fine to be paid and the engineer fees requested, are always reasonable. In our blog, there is also a routine of calculating fines for illegal constructions based on the current legislation (Law 4495/2017).
