Structy has an energy inspector of the highest class, according to his ranking in the national register, with a doctorate in energy optimization of buildings. In for the program ΕΞΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΩ ΚΑΤ'ΟΙΚΟΝ, we make sure, based on the interest of the client, that he or she is informed in an objective way, whether or not it is worth proceeding with a new application for inclusion of a house or an apartment in the program. The conditions for joining the subsidized energy upgrades of buildings, are related to the satisfaction of a set of scoring criteria. Our goal for each new application is to attain the best possible ratio of reduced energy saving costs per saved kWh, which is possible only after testing of multiple energy saving scenarios. In addition, our customers are informed about the subsidy levels they can attain through a new application, depending on the income category to which they belong. Energy upgrade proposals for a radically renovated building include the addition of an insulation layer through a new thermal façade, the use of a heat pump, the change of windows with new modern ones of higher energy classes, the use of solar water heaters, the addition of high-efficiency A/Cs, smart home building automation solutions, etc. In our blog, there are interesting links about the program guide and articles on the overall economic impact of energy savings, attained through an energy upgrade.
The pricing followed as exactly described in the guide of ΕΞΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΩ ΚΑΤ’ΟΙΚΟΝ (‘Save at home’) (see our blog for more information), plus some reasonable costs for drawing up the application (150-200 € per application).
