Our company provides topographic services, having a topographic archive from the mid-1970s, when Konstantinos Bekas (father of the business owners) having established one of the first civil engineering consulting firms in the area, had been surveying properties in Marathon Attica, in Nea Makri, in Rafina, in Grammatiko and Varnavas, Attica. Hundreds of topographic diagrams have since been drawn up for contracts, building permits, real estate transfers, forensic reports, the Land Registry and the Forest Service. It should be emphasized that from 2019 onwards, every topographic diagram that concerns a property transfer, must be accompanied by a KID (Electronic Diagram Code). The KID is obtained by electronic submission of a topographic diagram in PDF and DXF form, to an information system run by the Technical Chamber of Greece and by checking its boundaries, in relation to what is declared in the Land Registry. Modern programs, instruments and techniques are used to prepare the topographic projects and plans we undertake. We also have a very good knowledge of GIS systems, as we have modeled a number of large-scale network projects, where geospatial information is combined with multi-parameter queries in carefully structured databases, in order to monitor indicators in such large-scale projects and organize critical information during their construction and maintenance.
