Hundreds of topographic diagrams have since been drawn up for contracts, building permits, real estate transfers, forensic reports, the Land Registry and the Forest Service. It should be emphasized that from 2019 onwards, every topographic diagram that concerns a property transfer, must be accompanied by a KID (Electronic Diagram Code). The KID is obtained by electronic submission of a topographic diagram in PDF and DXF form, to an information system run by the Technical Chamber of Greece and by checking its boundaries, in relation to what is declared in the Land Registry. Modern programs, instruments and techniques are used to prepare the topographic projects and plans we undertake.
